My Building is more than 30 years old and by design it has a hole in the beam for Toilet outlet. All Flats in my building are similar and I have Building Original plans too which prove the same.
I have a serious pending complaint at the BMC for which they need them to come and inspect my flat and give report as per findings to clear me out. The Assistant Engineer today threatened me that if he comes to my flat and finds a hole in the Beam he will immediately send me to prison irrespective of all visible / documented facts.
Who can help me with this matter ?
