Z a Hindu owner of a land(say 1 acre). Bought the land out of his own earnings and died intestate leaving behind A, B, C(legal heirs).
A sells entire land to D without knowledge of B & C. D is completely aware of this.
When C gets to know about this sale he threatens to file a suit. But A & D amicably settles this issue with C by providing some amount.
After some years B comes to know about this sale. If a suit is filed by B will the sale deed be declared null and void by court.
