I booked a flat, signed the agreement and paid 10% of the total amount. We first took pre-sanction from ICICI and after 1 month they told us they don't provide the loan to builder and then we had a discussion with the builder and they told us for HDFC.
HDFC also took 1 months and after a long and hectic process they denied to provide the loan due to the company issue as it was not registered.
We have discussed with the builder and they took almost 1.5 months in their process of internal discussion.
Atlast, they sent us the cancellation letter deducting the whole amount without any notice or acknowledgment.
Please guide us how we can get our money back.
File a recovery suit and initiate a parallel criminal proceeding against the builder.
