My Query is pertaining to Land laws applicable in Maharshtra specially BTAL Act.
A person sold his agriculture land by way of sale deed to another agriculturist and now that person do not hold any agriculture land on his own name as only land which he was holding is sold out to another agriculturist.
Whether this person can be classified as agriculturist?
Whether he can buy agriculture land in Maharshtra?
What will be hurdles in accordance of BTAL Act?
Please guide.
