Resp sir,
I want to appeal and the appeal can be lodged within 10 days against the order of Tender Inviting authority. In my case authority signed the order on 1/9/2016.But on 9th and 10th day there is holiday (Saturday and sunday) in secretariat (Appelate Authority). Please advice me the last date in this case so that i can file the appeal.
