For selling the property of charitable trust you have to sought the permission of charitable commissiner.

If a chatritable insttution registered under the Act has been allotted a land or property for specific purpose by the Govt., it can not dispose/ sell it nor can it convert for any other use without specific order/permission from the Govt. along with permission from Charity Commissioner.
