Can a Multi State Cooperative file Suit in Nominee Court?

I am a guarantor in my nephew's loan which was taken from Gujarat's Co-operative Bank. It went NPA in 2004 and later the bank is taken over by a Multi State Cooperative Bank. I wish to know if a Multi State Co-operative Bank file a suit in a Nominee Court? Regards
