Can CR will b cleared? After compounding

There is two way to quash / withdraw the case.

1. In trial both of you file a misc. case regarding the withdraw of case and compromise.
2. You can file quashing of FIR before the High Court U/S 482 along with the girl’s statement in shape of affidavit.

Once the case withdraw then you are free from all charges and you can live as normal life with no criminal antecedent
