Can gift deed be revoked?

Hi I an jobless and still court awarded huge maintenance to working wife earning 33500 rs pm. I can not pay the maintenance. I have a property joint name with my mother. To save guard it I am gifting it to my sister. Can court in order to recover maintenance amount revoke this gift deed?
