I filed appeal against the order passed by family court in Sec 125CrPC. HC has dismissed my application. Can i challenge HC order before double bench in HC or i can file SLP before SC.

My wife concealed her education and previous work experience. I filed RTI and retrieve her true qualification and previous work experience but judge not taken this point into consideration and dismiss the application.
