Can i get case status and details using rti

Hi All,

We have a Dowry Death case going on against my sister's in-laws. The session court has given 10 years punishment to all the culprits but as per my latest information all of them are out of jail on bail or so..

I am trying to get the details of the case from my Lawyer but he is not telling me anything.

Can I get the case details and proceeding details using RTI?

If yes, please send me the procedure for getting these details asap.

Thanks in advance.

In the law of evidence, a client's privilege to refuse to disclose, and to prevent any other person from disclosing, confidential communications between the client and his or her lawyer.

you can file third party affidavit through an advocate to get judgment copy before the appropriate court but not RTA.
