can I meet my son in his school?

Hi,

can I meet my son in his school. I am charged with 498a and my son is studying in my wife's school. Well, my wife is teacher in same school.

My family lawyer told I can request prinicipal of the school to allow me to meet in his office.

But my wife can put fresh charges of threatening to her on me. Kindly advise as I have not seen my son since last 3 months.

regards

Mani

Your family lawyer have given you a good advice. You can also file for custody of your son and till the decision of the case seek visitation rights.

i am agree with Adv Archna . You can file a petition for custody of your child , therecan seek visitation rights . it is well in the law.
