Can lw3 skip cross examination?

Hello All,

                MY 498A DP 3 & 4 case running in JFCM court...It came for trial...in my case LW1-6 are there 

LW1-->wife
LW2-->FIL
LW3-->MIL
LW4,LW5-->relatives of wife
Lw6-->IO

LW1 and Lw2 in chief and cross done...PP given up LW3 evidence...
Summons issued for Lw4-6 today.......

My question is LW3 evidence is good to skip?
anyway can we get LW3 to cross(i suspect she can't escape as its a false case )
