Can trustees sell the immovable property of the trust without court's permission?

Dear Learned Counsels,

A registered religious Trust owns immovable properties. The Trust Deed (registered) has empowered the Trustees to Sell, Mortgage or othewise deal with the properties belonging to Trust. In these circumstances is it still necessary to obtain Court Permission for alienating the property ?

And out of 16 Trustess only 4 people have executed the Sale Deed.

thanking your

It is to be decided by Trustees.

There is no role / intervention of Court till there is any dispute / case filed by either of them before the Court for adjudication.
