Sir/Madam, I understood my opponents filed caveat petition in Hyderabad/Rangareddy civil courts, but i have no case number, please advise me how to search this in E-courts, I searched with party name but i have not found, i want to search in case type feature. Caveat comes under what case type? OS? OP? Pre litigation cases? MPID? PRC?
