I have a flat at Chandigarh and want to let it out. I would like to be enlightened about the Rent laws in Chandigarh on renting out a residential flat.
Could I be in a position to get it vacated easily as and when i require the same for my residence.
The Flat could fetch a rent of approx Rs. 50-60k per month
