Co-operative housing society flat registration

I bought a under-construction flat in Co-operative housing society on loan 2 years back. Share certificate and sale agreement are with the bank. Flat is now ready and builder has provided a occupancy certificate.

Since original share certificate and sale agreement is with bank, can we register the flat now ? If yes then what is the procedure for docuemnts held by bank.

Also, do we need occupancy certificate from builder or muncipal corporation ?

Thanks & Regards,

1.  Occupancy Certificate (OC) is issued by the Municipal body.
