compassionate Ground job

Which job give in compassionate ground ? Can department see qualification ? Can department give job on qualification base ? Can department see also employee job post and after give one step down job from employee post ? Some people say compassionate ground apply for category c and d post . We dont apply for category b posts. I am from punjab Plz help me

Your query(ies) have been responded in all threads initiated by you.

Have you downloaded/obtained copy of Rules of establishment of your father and gone thru these and/or shown these to a seasoned and informed colleague of your father or seasoned employees unions..!

If yes, you would have got reply to all of your queries, per provisions of applicable rules.

If Compassionate Employment applicable have you applied in time under proper acknowledgment.

You have not attached the extent rules, in this thread also.

If compassionate employment is NOT provided for in establishment of your father then has the establishment provided any amount as compensation per applicable rules;

Solatium: a thing given to someone as a compensation or consolation.

If you attach the applicable rules, you can get better response...........

Which job give in compassionate ground ?

only gp-C&D poost can be given in compassionate job.

Can department see qualification ?

Deptt only has to see whether the candidate is matric or not or whther 8th pass or not.

If not 8th pass (now matric) he cannot be offered job of peon

if not matric pass (now inter) he cannot be given job of LDC nothing beyond.

Can department give job on qualification base ?

Not at all.

Can department see also employee job post and after give one step down job from employee post ?

Any step down.

Some people say compassionate ground apply for category c and d post .

YES

We dont apply for category b posts.

Then you get no compassionate job.
