first let me know is the land in your name, and is it registerd land or Former's passbook land.incase it is in your name registerd you dont need permistion from land revenue officer for using that land after also same purpose before you done with that land(agriculture purpose only).if you want use that land for any commercial purpouse you should take permistion from respected departments
