hello all,
i have applied for passport after filing divorce petition in court. now court has asked for filing an affidavit as per puneet kaur judgement .
now i need to clarify is it necessary to disclose about passport as i have not mentioned my wife name in spouse column but when investigating officer came i have given written statement about admitting my marraige and matter in court.
please suggest what should i do.
