Its been around 5 years of seperation my case is still at court. Initially filed a section 9 to bring my wife but she didnt join with me . Later i got a decrre from my distirct court with a comment that i need to wait until 1 year to file dovorce.one year of waiting is about to end , mean time she has filed a false 498A case with domestic violence .We have come from AB recently and the charge sheet is at their distirct court. Please suggest after an year of waiting how much would it take to get dovorce .All my family members including over aged parents are in deep mental tension .Please advice.
