Consumer

Any family member can file a complaint in the consumer court, if there is a connection in the name of the boy, the father can file a case in the consumer court

Complaint u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 can be filed by father on behalf of son, if later is minor, idiot or lunatic.

It is advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts / documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding.
