This has reference to my earlier post on this matter , I thank you for giving me reply on my earlier query,
For new readers, While installing our Co's machine at Customers factory , Accident took place where Customers employee lost two fingers of his hand . Now, Customers employee say that accident happened due to mistake of our employee , whereas , our employee says that he was not aware that while doing the operations customers employees has inserted hand inside the machine.
I understand that we should have took legal opinion officially on this matter but before approching the counsel , I would like to know , one thing , If accident happens due to mistake of one of the employee of the seller, can victim or his employee directly ask for compensation from relevent Company (from Seeler Co.) . If yes under what law he can sue upon us??
