If you are Party to the Case, you can get the Certified Copy of the Documents from the Indian Courts by paying requisite fees.

what about the corruption involved in geting the certified copy
i request bar council to bring all the court & police stations under camera so that files like adarsh are not stolen

i feel bar council to act more seriously they have to have better control on advocate who doesnot have ethical pracitse who drinks at bar and settle the case by taking money & the client sufers without fighting the case in court at its merits

barcouncil has no power to do so!

In certain cases only party or its appointed agent can get the certified copies of the case file.
However the decisions/ judgements can be obtained by anyone.
