You have to take court permission for abroad. otherwise police may seize your passport.

You can go abraod. However, let your lawyer remain present with properly signed vakalatnama.

You can happily go to any country as you like.  But, engage an advocate and ask him to file a petition for condoning your absence.  Neither court nor police has any power to seize your passport in the given circumstances.

THANKS FOR YOUR VALUABLE ADVICE ARCHANA MEM,

I HAVE FILLED VAKILAT NAMA ON 16/08/2014 TO THE COURT I.E. ON MY FIRST HEARING.

NOW WHAT PROCEDURE SHOULD I FOLLOW?

MY LAWYER IS SAYING THAT YOU CAN NOT GO ANYWHERE

HOW CAN I CONVINCE MY LAWYER FOR THIS MATTER?
