I filed a Declaration suit in property case on 23.01.2018 in District Munsif court with 650rs stamp paper. The case was dismissed without numbering. this is Myself Vs Person-A
Now I want to file a money suit against pronote 12,000rs in the same District Munsif court, can I use the above stamp paper? this is Myself Vs Person-B
my lawyer is not sure about this, can anyone help

all the 650rs stamp paper has many court seal
