Good morning,I am from Goa I have Rented my one part of house to foreigner who is having business Visa valid for 5 years but he have to exit the country every 180 days but unfortunately he met with accident and not able to exit. so CID and FFRO visited him for clarification.now he is preparing to go back to his country. I had made the leave and license agreement with and fill the c form online.if anything goes wrong is it owner of the house will be in trouble.
please advise me.
