Counselling at legal services authority

Dear experts,

In continuation to my earlier thread

https://www.lawyersclubindia.com/forum/Wife-wants-husband-to-come-to-her-place--74032.asp#.UTHqgqKduf8

I have approached the Mediation Center of Legal  Services Authority.  They have given date this week.

Should I take my parents with me or is it ok if I just go alone?  Should I produce any proof for my allegations to them?

If I say  that I am not interested to live with her and ask for divorce, will this affect later in my case I follow the RCR strategy? Please Advise

Thanks

Hi Nandha..

I was thinking that you might have already approached the family court with your divorce petition including the RCR way.

Well to this query of yours, go alone,  dont take parents with you.

At counselling by legal service authority, counselling officer do not allow parents , only husband and wife are allowed to remain present.

be prepared and go to consellling officer

if you are not interested directly you should not tell see the situation and answer the quesions

hi all

my lovely wife did not turn up at the Court mediation center. The mediator said to give one more chance and said he would send the letter via registered post.

I think she will not turn up as it is not compulsory and also it will not affect her in any ways.

But, I am desperate to bring her face to face so that I want to know what allegations she has in her store. But, how to?

Will it be wise to approach CAW cell? Will it help in bringing her for discussion?

please advise.

thanks

@Nandha---> No mediation center can force her to come for mediation. Also, parents are allowed but its not advisable to take them along with u to avoid hassles....So try going alone, see the situation and act accordingly.

Get her entangled in ur questions and at 1 stage, she is gonna state herself that she cannot live with u :).....

Mediation is not legal and no one can force to join for mediation......Of she does not come for mediation, u can apply 4 divorce....but this all depends on situations. If there is no 498a, no adultery n if u dnt have proofs for her cruelty then its next 2 impossible to get divorce in this situation.

@weddinggift

thanks for ur comment. I know she will not come for mediation as it is not binding on her.

hello,

you can take parents in mediation. well it depends on you.

what happens in mediation will have no effect your case.
