Dear sir,
on Nov-15 I have been a member of a cheat company called as Country club.I have paid amount 1.2 lacs for it.
I just wanted to konw from you that if the same membership can be cancelled out??on the basis of;
1)Difference between oral commitments and in actual agreement.
2)Is there any provision in act for accepting oral commitments during an agreement?
3)Agreement done is also not notarised or registered.If it is valid document?
So please help me.if it can be productive in consumer court.
