1. Wether there is any provision in the in the hindu law that says so that if the person converts into any religion to escape from the law still the law is applicable to them as it was originally applicable. If not then everyone can escape from the law like this , so is there any provision in the Hindu Law or decided case law on this matter or any other matter ,under which the court has applied the provions of the original law though the person accused has changed the religion.
though this is not escaping from the law as no one can prove that i convert in christianity to marry as one's interest can develop any time in any religion , simply marrying after changing the relegion will not be sufficient to prove that i changed the religion to escape from the law.
BUT SIR DECIDED CASE LAW OR PRIVION OF HINDU LAW SIR IN THIS REGARD
2. Can the religion be changed twice is there any restrictions on that, and if i again become hindu ,then as now a christian is changing its relegion to hindu who originally by birth was hindu does hindu law applies and makes the marrige Ilegal on the ground that i was originally hindu OR as a Christian now converted to hindu the Hindu Marrige Act does apply and does not make our marriage Illegal.
Please sir there are many questions and situtations i have raised before you so please ans on one to one basis sir , so that i have some clarity sir
Thanks sir
