i took my EPSON me office 960 fwd scanner printer fax machine . to authorized service center aurangabad. i was given recipt for PAPER ERROR resolution SERVICING.i was told to leave the machine and that it would be serviced and given in a few days.on the fifth day when i called i was told everything is fine work is in progress. on the 12th day when i called they said everything is destroyed. very clear that they damaged it. so under which sections can i file complaint for damaging the machine and ask for compensation?
i have recordings of conversation with them and job card recipt as concrete evidence.
