I am looking for a topic related to the non pecuniary damages awarded to the owner or possesor of an animal (preferibly PET) that suffers those types of damages for the death or injury of his pet. I am looking for case law, literature or statute law, and the purpose of this question is to use it in a doctoral research. Thank you.
