Defaulter can vote in managing committee meeting of Co-operative society election?
I checked the Byelaws, election rule "its mentioned that Defaulters cannot take part in election process, means cannot vote and contest right?"
Also, What is meaning of Defaulter?

Defaulters not entitled to vote or participate in the election. However, there is no bar in attending the meeting. Default means, not paying any maintenance or other dues, payable on the relevant date of the meeting.
