The flat is in Mumbai Suburbs. The flat was in the name of my father who died intestate in Oct 2011.
I have applied to the society to transfer the flat in the name of my mother. NOC from myself and my sister is also given. Now the society is delaying to transfer the flat :-
1) what can I as a member do to ensure that the flat is transferred within reasonable time and i get the share certificate ?
2) On what grounds can the committee withold or delay such transfers ?
3) Will it be possible to sell the flat without getting this share certificate ?
