In the year 1987, a flat value 25000/- allotted in my mother's name, she paid all the emis by 1995 and asked the development authority to do registry in her favor.
To which she got notice to pay additional 45000/- or vacate the flat
Later she registered a case in the district court against Prayagraj Development Authority which never moved an inch from the Prayagraj Development Authority side other than seeking next date.
After her death in the year 2008 I met Prayagraj Development Authority VC and explained her the matter and she got NO DUES issued in my favor
But again when I asked in the year 2011 & 2019 Prayagraj Development Authority to do registry in my favor the Prayagraj Development Authority sent me a notice to pay expenses against the court case registered by my mother.
Now I need help what to do?
