Procedure[edit]

• Applicant shall apply for this certificate with their area revenue authorities to prove their dependence

Apply In-Person :

1. Applicant can approach respective Circle/Block/thasildhar / Revenue office to apply in-person.
2. Please go to the respective office.
3. Applicant shall obtain the form from the respective office (please pay for the form if required) Or a written application on A4 plain sheet as advised shall be used.
4. Submit the completed application along with required documents.
5. Authorities after checking the attached documents and application submitted will make entries and provide you record number for reference.
6. This application will be processed internally. Respective authorities will do the ground level verification in the residing area of the applicant for the relationship with the mentioned person followed by scrutiny of the documents and details provided by the applicant.
7. Once the verification is over, these officials will submit their report to the respective authority to decide and issue the Certificate to the applicant.
8. Applicant will get the certificate in 7 to 10 days after due verification.

thasildar and below office are telling dependent certificate and dependency certificates are same and also saying they will not give this certificates? and also I need latest martial status certificate
