District consumer forum process reg

1)  In a District Consumer Forum case that is being heard, I need to bring recent sequence of events/facts to the forum's notice that transpired after filing the complaint and evidence, that would help build my arguments. What is the appropriate method ?

2) If it is Memo, what should be its contents and order of their occurance? Can I attach evidence to it in support of same? Sample format, if any would be beneficial.

3) Can I present the same to forum in next hearing ?

4) Other Party is reluctant to file their evidence in last two hearings. How to expedite Judgement pronouncement ?

Expert advice highly appreciated. Regards.

The consumer  act has some provision like acceptance of evidence on affidavit like that of code of civil procedure. In a judgement of  national commission it is held that technicalities should not be a bar in approaching the consumer court, even aa application on a plain paper can be treated as complaint by the consumer court, which wll facilitate general public in approaching the consumer court and ventilating their grievances..
