Your sister can be married anytime. But is there any partition is the question? any family arrangement deed?

By virtue of the latest amendment to Hindu Succession Act by Central government, all the daughters become coparceners be they married not. The only exception is "if there is a registered partition before 24-12-2004, then they will not get any rights in the property.
