Can i know exactly i will be happen on that day if i will attend the court as per the date mentioned in summon at chennai. what are the steps shall i take. I also need Divorce on ground of cruelty, irresponsible & immatured.

On this day, you must appear before the Judge with your appointed Advocate. He will file his vakalath nama on your behalf. If you attend all by yourself, please ask for time to search for Advocate to represent you. Contesting the case without Advocate will spoil your case. You can also ask for the petition copy, if you have not received it along with summons and take time to file a reply to the petition.
