Hi .
i want to ask i married in nepal and registered marriage in nepal and not in india and i have property in india and money . my wife is nepali girl...Suppose if she opts for a divorce in nepal then does nepal court do partition of my property in india also or just the property of nepal and suppose if my all property is in my mother's name then she can ask for partition of that also. my marriage is not registered in india and she does not have any indian citizenship also.........please must answer
