Suppose after separation of 1 year some body filed divorce based on cruelty..and case goes on continue, and after additional 1 year (total 2 years), can he again filed based on Desertion..
Again in between the divorce case proceeding if she will go for any adultary, then again change the divorce based on adultary?

As Divorce is filed for cruelty , other grounds such as desertion and Adultery can be used in evidence and for arguements.
