Where are you located ? It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer.

I'm not happy with any of the above replies.
This's not a forum for the Experts to promote their business. Advising Questioners to engage a prudent lawyer is to be rarely resorted to.
It's, after seeing the replies, up to them to, or not to, engage an Advocate.

Dear Sir
Institute a Suit. By yourself. With the help of your friend. With the help of lawyer clerk. Or with the help of an Advocate.
You appear to be wise because you chose divorce.
After divorce don't get yourself trapped again.

Shri NK Assumi
Dear Sir
With utmost humbleness I assert that my advice is not to marry.
To marry means self complicating one's life. Plunging into avoidable unnecessary quagmire.
Ego prevails. Even saints can't help maladjustments and self-interests. Complexes are prevalent even in sages. There're only minuses; no pluses whatever. Marriages never work the way they should. They're more of a danger than an annoyance. Avoid the rut and you'll have a life fit for a king.
I hate the institution of marriage. It should be done away with by legislation. No use to s*x it up. We shouldn't play with fire.
Let me remember Einstein and Socrates.
Marriage was invented by an unimaginative pig.
No marriages; State should look after children.
