Respected Experts,
My husband had filed divorce case and it got dismissed.Then he went in an appeal in the District court.The case is under process and I got to know that he illegally wedded to other girl.
Under these circumstances,
1) Can I go and live with my husband along with our son because the case is still in the court ?
2) As the Decree of Restitution of Conjugal Right is filed and it is pending for execution.
3) Will there be any consequences if I will go directly to live with him during court proceeding ?
