I want to take a divorce my wife is left house since (April,2017) she was pregnant at that time.we have no communication till now. I don't know the opposite party is interested to take divorce or not and I have child girl.
1.I have submitted protection representation to local police ,DCP office, commissioner of police & home department few days back.is this help me.
2. Can I send legal notice now Or either I have to wait for 2 years I heard that two years separation will be help out to getting divorce it will get a more smoothly.
3.my earning is 25k in private sector.
