Divorced counter not filed

Hello Experts,

I'm keeping it short.

I filed for divorce on May 2012. Case went for counselling for an year and in the rest of the days 2 judges changed and couple of times judges were on leave and new dates keep getting posted and till now she has not filed counter.

Little background: Once i filed for divorce, She started filing false cases on me, in which DV is still going on and before couple of months maintenance was granted in DV and i have filed for revision in highcourt. Main DV case is posted for next month. We also had a settlement talk earlier and that failed.

Divorce in High court is again posted for next month, How do i make her file the counter.. What steps can i take.

Please help me. Help me with suggestions

Regards,

One among you.

You cannot make her file counter in your divorce case. The court will provide hearing dates depending upon which parties need to file their counters respectively.
They will seek long dates, ask you lawyer to challenge the long dates. Also there is a BIG possibility of them trying to transfer the case to their native place.
Be alert on this front as well.

All the best.
