1. When submitting a version of events, does it have to be signed? Why? What part of the Consumer Protection Act, or regulations, compels you to sign the version?
2. Why do we have to give a copy of the version to the OP? Does it have to be a copy-verbatim? Can we omit the signature and just CC the text of the version submitted to the Bench, to the OP?
