You can file RTI Application to the original court and appellate court and seek information as follows
1nformation solicited:
1.Please provide the information as to the present exact documents of proceedings including documentary evidences in ..............(case No) between......................(petitioner) Vs.........respondent . Date of Judgment in original Court. ..............Date of Jurdgment in Appeal..............
2.If the proceedings were lost or misplaced, please inform steps initiated for tracing the files and booking of police complaint etc., as previously decided by higher courts in case of missing files/records.
For every Court there is a different procedure of RTI, and you can search website of HC / local courts to know the designated Public information Officer, format of application, the amount of fee and mode of such RTI fee remittance with application.
