Docs required to buy apartment (construction)

Hi, Please let me know the mandatory documents I should get from the builder as buying the under construction Apartment. As per builder, they will provide only UDS Sale deed, Memorandum of Agreement and finally Completion Certificate. Are they enough? Thanks in Advance.

Is the title clear?

Yes that should be enough..

Registratiion and stamp duty compulsory..

Hello Mam,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, the title should be clear as the loan has been sanctioned on the same property. UDS Sale deed does not contain any information about the actual apartment squar feet. It contains only the UDS share sq ft and the apartment number. Is this fine? Please advise.
