I have filed a divorce pettion against my wife on 31/10/15 and my wife has agreed for divorce by mutual consent in next week we will submit all the documents before family court we are living separate since 18th october 2015 I want to ask when I will receive decree of divorce and when can I remarry what is the minimum duration? can honourable judge reduce the time period?

No time duration is fixed to conclude such hearing.
After final judgement u can remarry.
solve ur matter amicably.

1) After filing MCD it may take minimum six months to 1 year.
2) Cool off period can be waived only by SC.
3) Remarry only after receipt of divorce decree.
