DV case

After how many years of saperation can a wife file for 498a and DV case. Is there any time limit laid down for it. I am separated from my wife for last five years. Please guide

there is no time limit but cases filled after long gap are considered week in eye of law

498a can be filed at any time but dv has time limit that is 1 year .
